Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom pin orders require additional production time - please contact us for estimated timelines.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping: Charged at the lowest available rate by shipper
- Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout time based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
Delivery Issues If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Custom Orders Custom pin orders and personalized lanyards require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates will be provided when you place your custom order.
Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes after an order has been processed may incur additional fees.
